Our story
Meritore Technologies was founded in 2009 to place skilled technology professionals on demanding programs. Over fifteen years the company grew from technical staffing into engineering services and software development, adding practices in data and AI, cloud, cybersecurity, application modernization and health and human services systems.
Today Meritore is headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia, with an office in Frisco, Texas and a development center in Hyderabad, India. LeapGen AI, Corp., an affiliated company founded in 2024, builds the AI platforms that Meritore implements and supports for clients.
We remain a small business by design. Clients deal with senior people, decisions are made quickly, and every engagement has a Meritore lead who is accountable for the result.

Kumar founded Meritore in 2009 and leads the company's strategy, client and partner relationships and delivery. He also serves as chief executive of the affiliate LeapGen AI, Corp.
